How do I order food in Korea if I don't speak Korean at all?

I literally know zero Korean. How do restaurants work? Is pointing at the menu enough? What about places without English menus? I'm a bit anxious about this. What apps or phrases should I learn? Real experiences from non-Korean speakers would really help calm my nerves.
