Vegetarian in Korea — how hard is it really? Am I going to starve?

I'm vegetarian (no meat/fish but eggs and dairy are OK). I've heard Korea is tough for vegetarians since even kimchi can have fish sauce. How did other vegetarians manage? What can I actually eat? Any restaurants you'd recommend? I'll be in Seoul and Busan for 10 days.
