Traveling Korea with kids (5 and 8 years old) — any family-friendly tips?

First time bringing our kids to Korea. They're 5 and 8. What are the best family-friendly activities? Are restaurants generally kid-friendly? How's the stroller situation on the subway? Any neighborhoods that are particularly good for families? We have 7 days across Seoul and Busan.
