Cherry blossom season 2026 — when exactly and where's the best spot?

Planning my trip around cherry blossom season. I've seen dates ranging from late March to mid April. When does it ACTUALLY peak in Seoul vs Busan vs Jeju? And is Yeouido really the best spot or are there less crowded alternatives? Would love firsthand timing reports from people who've seen them.
