What's the etiquette for eating at a Korean BBQ restaurant?

First time going to Korean BBQ tomorrow and I don't want to embarrass myself. Some questions: 1. Do I grill the meat myself or does staff do it? 2. Are the side dishes free? Can I ask for refills? 3. Is tipping expected? 4. How do I call the staff? I heard there's a button? Any other etiquette tips appreciated!
